General Information

Normal production time is 5 working days from approval of artwork or sample (subject to inventory availability).

For Deep Etch orders requiring Colorfill, please add 1 day per color.

For Digital Heat Transfer on Drinkware, please add 3 to 5 days.

For Factory Direct Orders, please allow for 4-8 weeks delivery depending on the product. Call customer service for details.

Shipments requested in less than 5 working days may be subject to an additional rush charge. Please contact Customer Service.

For orders less than the minimum quantity, a $40(c) charge will apply.
The absolute minimum is half of the 1st column quantity.

Cards, Candy and Gift enclosures can be inserted. Please contact customer service for details and quote.

If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied. The sample item will be billed at regular prices, plus setup charges and shipping. $40.00 (c) run charge will apply.

Spec Samples for giftware items under $30 (1st Column) are available at 40% off Retail EQP. Items over $30 are available at 25% off Retail EQP. Setup charges apply.

Not applicable to Retail Branded products. For Branded product spec samples, please contact our customer service.

Please note, the setup charge will be waived on the first exact repeat order originating from the spec sample.

Spec samples are not available for Digital Heat Transfer.

Cancellations must be in writing. The customer is responsible for any incurred costs such as set ups, printing/engraving, proofs, artwork charge, packaging and any other expenses incurred by the factory.

Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damages may still occur. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. Please notify our customer service department to arrange for replacements.

Powder Coated Drinkware

Please note, slight imperfections or minor bumps and crators may occur naturally through the powder coating process and are not considered a product or decorating defect.

All sizes, capacities, dimensions, decorating sizes and weights shown are approximate.

Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge.
Crystal Products. Please be aware that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines are inevitable. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
Natural Wood Products. Natural wood contains wood grains and knots which are not considered defects.
Powder Coated Products. Slight imperfections or minor bumps and craters may occur naturally through the powder coating process and are not considered a product or decorating defect.

While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable.
Inventory stock is allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Prior to submitting a PO, please visit our website or call to check available inventory. Inventory cannot be placed on hold without a written purchase order.

All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalog are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.

Random Decorated samples will be provided free of charge for any items totaling $30.00(C) or less at EQP.
For items over $30.00(C), samples will be billed at EQP.
Blank samples are billed at EQP.

No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Blank Product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

A request for a return for credit or refund must be in writing, state the specific reason for the return and submit it within 30 calendar days of the invoice. Approved returns must be in the same condition as when they left the factory and the credit/refund will only be for the quantity returned. Contact a customer service representative for a return authorization number.
